Poster Sessions: Enhancing Interactive Learning during Student Presentations

Oral presentations in the classroom provide students with the opportunity to learn from each other's research and opinions. Poster sessions can enhance this learning experience by reducing the routine and anxiety normally associated with this activity, and by providing the instructor with the ability to maximize student participation despite class size and time constraints. This article suggests several dos and don'ts when conducting poster sessions in a classroom setting.
