High-Performance Classrooms for Women? Applying a Relational Frame to Management/Organizational Behavior Courses

Recent empirical research has identified characteristics of high-performing organizations. In particular, these organizations pay close attention to the human resources practices and interpersonal dimensions of their cultures. Relational theory, developed based on women’s development, embraces dimensions associated with high-performing organizations. Attributes of relational practice include preventive connecting, mutual empowering, achieving, and creating team.
